Motor Warranty
All ORIN fans come with a motor warranty against manufacturing defects. The exact period depends on the product and is mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the motor
- Faulty wiring from the factory
- Premature failure under normal household or shop use
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage from drops, impact, or mishandling
- Damage from voltage fluctuation without a stabilizer (where applicable)
- Water damage or use outside the product's intended environment
- Normal wear and tear of blades, grills, or paint
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
How to Claim Warranty
- Keep your original order number/invoice as proof of purchase.
- Contact us through our Contact page describing the issue, ideally with photos or a short video.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or part exchange depending on the issue.
